A former American Legion post originally constructed as a dry goods store over 115 years ago, now home to 11 residential units, a restaurant and a retail space. PointsNorth preserved the historic facade of the building, underpinned the rubble foundation to support the excavation of an underground garage, and constructed an addition to bring the building up to 14,000sf.
